About the role:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Supply Coordinator to join the Portmans team and support the seamless flow of product from suppliers to stores and online.

In this role, you’ll work closely with your Product Co-ordinator, Product Manager and the wider team supporting the entire department to deliver great product, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain product data in the AS400 system, ensuring all orders, OTB and WTD updates are accurate and timely.
  • Raise and revise purchase orders, calculate pack ratios, and manage style and colour setups.
  • Create and maintain internet product information, descriptions, and attribute updates.
  • Action markdowns, re‑tickets and discontinued lines in the system.
  • Ensure stock is delivered to the DC and stores on time, resolving delivery issues quickly.
  • Approve Class A and DA’s promptly and manage communication with suppliers and the DC.
  • Organise and track air and sea freight, calculate GP and monitor manifest loadings.
  • Complete costings, cost adjustments, and order tickets and woven labels.
  • Maintain delivery schedules, OTB reports, artwork loadings, and department filing systems.
  • Liaise with Operations, Allocations, State Managers and merchandising teams to ensure correct stock flow.
  • Support Product Manager, Product Coordinator and Planner with daily department operations and promotional activity.
  • Manage customer feedback, sample coordination and any shipping, allocation or packing updates.

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in fashion/merchandising is highly desirable
  • Customer service background- resolving issues and requests
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Computer skills in Excel and Microsoft suite
  • A desire to learn and grow in the fashion industry
