As the Online Fulfilment Manager in Training, you will lead and managing the Online Fulfilment team with the overall responsibility for Online Fulfilment including pack and dispatch, click and collect and Hub operations. Combine your people leadership experience with your passion for Online Fulfilment and working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Merchandise Operations Manager, working collaboratively with the Online Fulfilment Manger you will learn and support all activities that deliver a highly efficient process of stock from dock to floor. Work together within Myer multi-channels to ensure the delivery of seamless and superior customer experiences.

About The Role:

  • Actively drive a high-performance, customer focused culture aligned to our Customer First Plan by role modelling, regular communication, feedback and recognition
  • Manage the daily activities of the Online Fulfilment team to drive operational and financial performance
  • Optimise team productivity by leveraging workforce management ensuring the right people, in the right place, right quantity and at the right time
  • Lead, empower, coach and develop your team members to reach their potential and develop the next generation of Myer leaders
  • Ensure continuous improvement with business process and delivery of customer service by managing operational and procedural compliance whilst identifying and championing further opportunities and efficiencies 

About You:

  • Previous people management and leadership experience ideally within a retail fast-paced environment
  • Passionate and inspired by Online Fulfilment
  • Proven time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and problem solve, whilst working to tight timeframes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with influence and build strong working relationships with all team members
  • Strong retail, financial and business acumen
