• Visual Merchandise Team Leader
• Part time 36 hours/week

About the role:

Partnering with the Visual Merchandise Manager of the store, you will lead the creative team of stylists and merchandisers to create an oasis of visual inspiration to our valued customers. Bringing your visual merchandise principles and a love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace, you will execute the visual merchandise strategy and work with your dedicated team to ensure the Castle Hill store inspires and creates incredible in-store experiences to our customers.  Your sense of personal style and creative flair will enable you to bring Myer products to life, by creating impactful displays and merchandise presentations. 

To be considered for this position you will need to be available Monday - Friday, with an early morning start of 7-7:30am and occasionally during peak seasonal trade. 

What you'll bring:

• Visual merchandising styling experience within a retail environment is preferred
• Visual merchandise qualifications or working towards will be highly regarded
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven attention to detail
• Foster good communication skills to build relationships with your team
• Strong understanding in trend and style as well as a real passion in visual merchandising
