MYER is looking for a Marketing Specialist – Myer Exclusive Brands (MEBs) who will play a critical supporting role in the successful delivery of marketing activity for Myer’s owned fashion and accessories brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – MEBs, this role is responsible for executing campaign elements, coordinating marketing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of assets across channels.

About the role:
- Assist with end-to-end campaign execution across owned fashion brands, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support the briefing process for creative teams and agencies, helping to prepare clear briefs and manage feedback rounds.
- Coordinate asset delivery across eCommerce, digital, in-store, social, and loyalty platforms.
- Partner with the eComm and Creative teams to ensure assets are brand-aligned and customer-relevant.
- Support launch planning for new brands, seasonal ranges and capsule collections.
- Support the integration of brand campaigns across online and offline touchpoints.
- Coordinate product and campaign placement across Myer.com.au, social, and loyalty comms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Buying, Product Design, eComm, Packaging and Production.
- Liaise with agencies and production partners to manage timelines and creative outputs.
- Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, status documents and critical paths.
- Support invoice and budget processing, supplier marketing documentation, and campaign reporting.
About you:
- Proven experience in marketing, campaign coordination or project support experience (fashion or retail preferred).
- Understanding of campaign workflow, creative briefing and asset delivery.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and timelines.
- A team player with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Experience working within fashion retail or with private label brands.
- Familiarity with marketing systems, project tools, or creative workflow platforms.
