MYER is looking for a Marketing Specialist – Beauty who will be responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across Myer’s Beauty category, including ad-subsidised brand campaigns and Myer-led initiatives. The role is focused on coordination and campaign delivery — ensuring timelines are met, creative assets are managed, and stakeholders are aligned.

 About the role:

  • Assist with the execution of Beauty marketing campaigns — including skincare, makeup, fragrance and seasonal events i.e. Father’s Day and Christmas
  • Support with timelines, task tracking, meeting scheduling and internal approvals to keep campaign activity on schedule.
  • Coordinate campaign assets across Myer.com.au, email, social, PR and in-store.
  • Assist with creative briefing, trafficking and final asset delivery across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate product samples, imagery and asset requirements in partnership with the Buying and Merchandise teams.
  • Help prepare campaign presentations for internal stakeholders and brand partners.
  • Help track campaign progress and provide updates to the Senior Marketing Specialist.

 

About you:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in retail, beauty or brand campaign environments.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with creative processes, production timelines and asset delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and understanding of key brands and trends.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience in a department store or beauty retail environment highly regarded.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and campaign workflow tools (e.g. Wrike).
