Myer is looking for an eCommerce Lead (Product Enrichment) to strengthen and elevate product content experiences across the MYER Group. This role is critical in maintaining the accuracy, quality, and presentation of product data, while driving operational efficiency and supporting the successful execution of key digital initiatives.

As the eCommerce Lead, you will lead the execution of all product enrichment, overseeing supplier engagement, and ensuring effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in improving product content quality, streamlining enrichment processes, and delivering best-in-class product content experiences that support business growth.

About the role:

  • Lead continuous improvement of product content in line with evolving customer expectations and industry standards.​
  • Assist in the development of product content strategies across the MYER Group
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, training, and communication, ensuring compliance with enrichment guidelines.
  • Provide oversight of product optimisation workflows, ensuring SEO optimisation, SLA adherence and timely delivery.
  • Set direction and prioritisation for key brand and product launches.
  • Drive ongoing process improvements for greater efficiency and automation.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of NPS and compliance-related issues, maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, accurate, and conversion-driven product content.

About you:

  • Previous experience in eCommerce or Merchandise role essential, preferably within the retail sector
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • A passion for eCommerce and user experience
  • A strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teams
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with website analytics, ideally Google analytics
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms, PIMs or search and merchandising tools
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Microsoft Excel
