About the role:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by offering personalised fragrance consultations across the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall counter performance
• Develop strong client relationships through expert fragrance knowledge, storytelling, and follow-up service
• Maintain a visually stunning and organised counter, reflecting the prestige and elegance of the brands
• Stay up to date with fragrance trends, launches, and brand education, sharing insights with clients and teammates
• Support in-store events, activations, and brand promotions, driving traffic and engagement
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control, ensuring availability of bestsellers and new releases
• Collaborate with your team and store partners to deliver a consistent, high-standard customer experience
• Uphold grooming standards and brand presentation to reflect the luxury image of L’Oréal Luxe
