About the role:

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

• Deliver warm, personalised, and expert service to every Myer customer
• Conduct skincare consultations and makeup applications tailored to individual needs
• Build lasting customer relationships and drive brand loyalty through exceptional service

Product Knowledge & Education

• Maintain deep knowledge of Elizabeth Arden’s skincare, makeup, and fragrance ranges
• Stay informed on new product launches and hero ingredients
• Confidently educate customers on product benefits, routines, and usage

Sales & Targets

• Drive daily sales and achieve personal and team KPIs
• Identify customer needs to recommend suitable product solutions
• Support promotional campaigns and new product launches within the Myer Beauty Hall

Counter Presentation & Merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing counter in line with Elizabeth Arden and Myer standards
• Ensure testers, signage, and displays are always fresh and well-stocked

Stock & Inventory Support

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or customer demand trends

Team Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with your Counter Manager and Myer team to create a positive, high-performing environment
• Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on brand and store expectations

Brand & Store Representation

• Represent Elizabeth Arden with elegance, professionalism, and passion
• Uphold Myer’s service values and contribute to an exceptional customer journey within the Beauty Hall
