Working alongside experienced Product Development Managers, you'll learn the foundations of sourcing, costing, supplier management and apparel production while building a strong career pathway within the Myer Product Team.

About the role:

In this hands-on support role, you'll help coordinate the product development process and ensure key milestones are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Product Development Managers through the seasonal development cycle
• Coordinating supplier communication, product information and development records
• Assisting with product costing, purchase order administration and data management
• Maintaining critical path trackers and following up on key actions
• Processing product and supplier information within business systems
• Supporting sample management, production tracking and delivery administration
• Working closely with Design, Planning, QA and Supply Chain teams
• Assisting with resolving day-to-day product development and production queries
• Building your knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, sourcing and manufacturing
  

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, curious and passionate about product. You may be a recent graduate or have gained some experience in product development, buying, production, fashion retail or administration.

You'll bring:

• A passion for fashion, product and retail
• Strong organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence working with numbers, systems and administration
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A willingness to learn and develop commercial and product development skill
• Experience or qualifications in Fashion, Product Development, Merchandising or a related field will be highly regarded
